Plasma pre-treatment is the key enabler technology for microfine cleaning, surface activation and plasma coating of numerous materials. Conventional industrial pre-treatment methods are being replaced by plasma technology to make processes more effective and environmentally friendly.

Applications focus on industrial-scale microfine cleaning, activation and coating of surfaces made from materials such as plastics, metals, glass, cardboard, textiles and composites – materials that are used in virtually all sectors of manufacturing.

The automotive industry relies on carefully coordinated processes and consistently high product quality, which was what was required by one of our automotive customers. A new technology for TF Automation, we successfully designed two identical plasma treat machines required to clean the surfaces of a switch assembly for one of our long-standing automotive customers.

We take ownership of clients’ projects supporting throughout with design and technical advice, to ensure the best solution is achieved. All elements are carried out in-house, from design through to manufacturing including programming; we also commission machines on-site and offer after-install support as standard.
