TF Automation supports the Automotive supply chain with the design and manufacture of special-purpose machine projects. We have designed numerous machines to assemble and test various switch assemblies ensuring consistency and standardisation. We have taken time-consuming and difficult manual assemblies and automated the process to improve productivity and minimises rejection rates.
We are also involved heavily in the machining of plastics for the automotive industry, including leak testing and trepanning and also have built a large selection of manual work-stations for Tier 2 suppliers to support with testing and consistency of materials and production.
