Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, TF Automation design and engineering team work with manufacturers on small to medium sized automation projects, from bench-top checking/gauging fixtures to multiple 6 Axis robotic pick & place systems.  TF Automation also has particular expertise working with plastic components including assembly, machining and finishing.

All aspects of project delivery are carried out in-house, including concept design, 3D CAD in Solidworks, CNC machining, manufacturing (mechanical, electrical and programming), testing and commissioning, with all materials and components meeting strict quality standards.

Our focus is on providing automation solutions that are tailored to our clients’ specific requirements and which deliver the highest quality and reliability for each unique application. The TF Automation engineering team take the time to fully assess and understand the needs and expectations of each project, ensuring our designs transform ideas into reality and result in improved production efficiency.

Our combined experience is across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers in the automotive and aerospace industries.

From our site in Bradford, West Yorkshire, TF Automation supply and distribute pneumatics to a whole range of manufacturing industries. From food and packaging to industrial we work with engineering, production  and inventory teams to ensure they have the right components for their requirements. Our knowledge of pneumatics has been built up over more than 40 years’ and we pride ourselves with the technical support we offer all our customers large and small.
